At Caddie Row Golf Co., we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Please review the details below for what to expect after placing your order.
Shipping rates: Standard shipping within the US starts at $4.99
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 3–8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

Tracking: Provided via email when your order ships
Multiple packages: Some items may ship separately depending on availability
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress to your door.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays. If your order is running behind, we'll do our best to keep you informed and will assist however we can to help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — customers are responsible for entering the correct address. If a package is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we're happy to assist in any way possible to help get it sorted, though additional shipping costs may apply.
